18 U.S.C. 2257 Record Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement
The actors, models, actresses and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on video-movie.com all were over the age of eighteen years at the time the depiction was made.
Moreover, the owners and operators of video-movie.com are not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 USC Section 2257 or subsequent case law defining such) of all of the visual content contained in the Website. See Sundance Associates, Inc. v. Reno, 139 F.3d 804 (10th Cir.1998). The motion pictures produced by U.S. producers available for viewing on this site originate from many different producers worldwide (which, in many cases, are production companies). Each producer has its own Custodian of Records, as required by 18 U.S.C. 2257 (along with the regulations promulgated thereunder). With respect to each such motion picture (in each case including the box covers and stills reproduced on this site), those required records are kept by one of the U.S. custodians listed below.
